Ok, I have only just got a bfp but.... Dd1 at school, dd2 will be 3.5 if I am right estimate dates when dc3 arrives, omg I feel sick even typing that, is all too surreal still, wondering how will cope! I have a bee plus that dd2 is very comfy in but it's not very cosy and she's a big little person ifykwim! Not a tiny scrummy newborn. I have always rather found bee a bit rickety, thinking trolley here! Didn't have it when dd2 was little (had double nipper which I adored).
Is the bee cosy enough for a winter baby with cocoon then footmuff when bit bigger?
Is it a real faff with the harness on/off? Tend to like my babies asleep in pram downstairs near me in day and get a bit precious about their comfort and would prob keep fussing with harness..but could change this idea and use cot upstairs what with dds running about.
Will I regret selling it when dc3 big enough sit up and look about in the lovely big seat?
Are they useful and easy to use with a maxi cosi when am on school run with car? Or will this do my head in?!
I love look of new nipper double. Have vision of dd1 on free rider, dc3 in one seat and dd2 in other when not fighting dd1 for the free rider.....this scenario also imagined with the duet!
The bee seems poor storage wise, just don't love it but no idea how good for new born. If all goes well with dc3 then initially would use sling or carry the maxi cosi from car to school yard for school run and have duet or nipper or phil and teds for when walk to school, but then maxi cosi gets heavy, I could pop it onto bee! Someone offering buy my bee now at great price....could get a phil n teds to use now, would be better for dd2 now than bee as looks cosier and useful for life with 3dcs and their kit in future. Could get a quinny buzz or zapp chassis to pop maxi cosi on for school run when in car/other short errands.
So sorry very waffles, just brain boggled with it all ready. Plus feel a bit odd keeping the bee waiting for dc3 even though dd2 in it sometimes. Really dd2 needs something far sturdier. Ie phil and teds option. Which would then be handy for future use and can also take a maxi cosi? I think! I should sell the thing shouldn't I?
