Light & compact double for holidays

I've got a Nipper 360 double which I LOVE but doesn't fold very small for holidays. It lives in the car boot at the moment which is fine but leaves little space for shopping etc.
I also have a Combi We2 which I got 2nd hand and seems pretty compact and light etc - I've never used it though as wanted something new for my babies.
Unless we take 2 cars with us when we go away in August I can't take my Nipper on holiday.
So is there something more compact than the We2 or should I save my money?

I would take the Combi We2 - unless two singles would work? Compact and double pushchair aren't words which really go together. The BJCMD and BJCS are the most compact folding double pushchairs I know, but its a big outlay for a holiday!

The only thing you haven't told us is what sort of holiday you plan on having. I don't think I'd want to push a Combi We2 for any sort of off-roading, even light. If it's just to stroll around and go down to the shops then definitely the Combi. If it's going to involve rougher terrain, then instead of laying out for a new buggy perhaps a roofbox or something would work better providing you extra storage in the car?

Probably just light use on pavements etc though I guess we will end up on the sand at Blackpool. Roof box is a good idea though, with 3 under 2 we are going to need one at some point!

I would take the wheels off nipper to get in car, or spend money on a roof box instead of on another buggy. Especially if it's only fitting it in for holiday with luggage etc is a problem.

Nipper will work on the beach also

I never thought of taking the wheels off! Genius. Will definitely manage if I do that.
Tiggy - we can't take two singles as we have 3 buggy needing children. Will take nipper for twins and yoyo for my toddler. Sorted!
