Split foam handle on Oyster

Try superglue! I've had great success fixing foam splits with it on several pushchair handles. It gives an almost invisible mend

There are people on Ebay and various pram facebook pages who make handle covers.

Could you paint the edges with glue to stop it growing? My Oyster did this when the parcel shelf in the car was resting on it, dh used glue and whilst it still looked a bit rubbish it didn't get any worse. But then the handle broke anyway (it stopped clicking into place when we adjusted the height) so I ended up with a new one for free under the guarantee grin
