Foot muffs

I need a foot muff for a(n ancient ropey) maclaren quest that will fit a ludicrously tall 16mo in it (think 2year plus height, not much good if too small for a three year old as wont last long),
and ideally (I don't know if this is possible) will fold up inside the buggy

any suggestions from buggied up mums?
