I know I am doing this the wrong way round Xmas Blush (I shokld have got car first then buggy, but buggy was such a mind boggling decision that it had to go first) I need to get a new
car and was thinking about a zafira or touran, does anyone know if the BJCS fill it in either of these cars when in 7seat mode? I will have 2 seats/carrycots as execting twins. I know it folds down quite compact but I dont have it hasnt arrived yet so cant try it for real, but was shocked by the tiny space left in the touran with all 7 seats on!!!

Thanks!

I don't know, but the BJCS is very slim when folded with the wheels popped off that I would be very surprised if it didn't fit. It fitted into the clearance under my car roof - one of the few pushchairs that fits into such a slim space.
With the wheels off the chassis is 67.5 x 52.5 x 28.5cm officially.
My measurements are the BJCS chassis with wheels off is 68x53x25cms. The seats are 83x48x9cms. The chassis is thicker at the wheel end so could be stood that end down say in a Zafira? You could lose some length on the seats by rotating the footrest upwards. The carrycot uses the seat frame so the dimensions are similar (a bit thicker) when folded flattish.

I don't think you'll have any problem fitting it into any car really :). We have an average-size saloon, and it fits just fine, even with two seats.
And actually, the second seat doesn't add much bulk at all, as they're quite flat. If you pop the adaptors off the frame, you'd never know it was a double at all :) (space wise, you'd still have to children in tow Wink)
