I am looking at a second hand inbetween pram for 3 month old DS as i don't want to put him in the Techno XT just yet as i'd like him to be nice and warm and snuggly in the winter months and also to face me.

Could anyone tell me what they think of the above two strollers and how they compare. I will be using it mostly for general trips around the shops and the school run.

many thanks

Both are fantastic as i've had both...At 5'2" i found the Frog handle a tad high so bought a Cameleon which suited me better but the Frog pushes better...Basket not brilliant on the Vigour, it's only bad point for me but then the Frog's isn't much better...Frog is great because you can buy lots of customs if you want to, and if a bit goes wrong then there's loads of spare parts for sale on eBay...Vigour is bulkier folded up but can do it in one piece if you want to, but then it's massive...Frog only folds up in two pieces...If i was buying either again, i think i'd struggle to choose to be honest.

Thanks Suzie - I was hoping you woiuld reply.

I'm 5'7 and DH is 5'10 and will be using it as well to do the school run when I go back to work.

I guess I can get the vigour 4+ for less than the frog but the lack of spare parts etc might be a problem?

I'm watching loads on ebay at the moment and hoping to pounce on one that I don't have to travel too far to pick up.

Well, after watching a number of prams on ebay and seeing that in my area, 7 yr old frogs were still selling for £200+, I decided to go for a newer and cheaper vigour 4+. So I am now the owner of a black vigour 4+, plus baby safe car seat and an isofix base - all for £92. I will sell on the car seat and base straight away and will hopefully get some cash for that to ofset the cost of the buggy.

Am well chuffed as the buggy already comes with cosy toes and rain cover, so i don't need anything else. Just have to go and pick it up now!
