Footmuff for icandy peach sweetpea that doesn't make my girl look like a boy!

We bought the lovely icandy peach in sweetpea for our little girl and as I dress her in pink lots of the time we've gotten away without too many people commenting on our little boy! It's now getting cold and I want to buy a footmuff for my little girl to keep her cosy but the icandy matching one is blue and I want to steer away from the blue if I can --- any ideas of any footmuffs I can get in the right shade of green to match the green of the sweetpea pram? Or another colour that clashes in the right way? John Lewis was no help at all!

www.buggysnuggle.co.uk might have something to suit.

I've got a buggy snuggle in the sheep print Sherpa fleece and I love it, but you could also try www.snunkie.co.uk depending how long you've got - they are stupendously busy but their stuff is gorgeous and the range of fabrics is huge. So huge, I fact, that I have had a deposit slot for over six months and still to date made no decision about what to order blush.

Does the blackjack colour match in any way?

I love the sweetpea colour.

I have both a Quinny footmuff and a Buggysnuggle on my Peach. I prefer the Quinny one for the fit really but the Buggysnuggles look good.

Are pram colours gender specific then?

<learns something>

<backs out of the thread blinking>

no its because people will think lo is a boy if in blue and a girl if in pink,, but then saying that my dd was in a blue dress and someone said oh what a lovely boy hmm, but it does get on your nerves people saying your lo is a boy when they are a girl, so i know where she is coming from.

My little girl got 'him'ed' the other day - poor kid! She was wearing red and apparently that isn't gender neutral as I thought but just for boys!

I do find that a lot of elderly ladies refer to all babies as 'him' regardless...

yes, i find its the elderly, although a parent at school called my ds a girl, but then he did have longish curly blonde hair and a white cardi on blush his dad made me cut his hair

thank you so much for your suggestions. I love the sweet pea pram but have had a few days of being told my little boy is handsome. I don't want to have to dress my girl in pink the whole time for people to know she's a girl! I know it's silly but I'm getting a bit irritated by it!
