DH (and DSs and SIL and, in fact, mostly everyone) mercilessly takes the piss out of my buggy obsessions....but I know I'm just a small write my buggy train (as I remember it) and invite you to do the same smile
in my defense (not that I need to defend myself) I have 3 DCs and all my buggies have been needed for various functions at various time, and Ive never had more that 5 at a time.
Quinny Buzz
Maclaren Quest
Maclaren Techno (1)
Mamas and Papas Pliko
Phil and Teds Sport
Maclaren Techno (2)
Maclaren Triumph
Maclaren Techno (3)
Bebe Confort Loola
Bugaboo Bee

Number of years = 4.3
Number of buggies = 10
Number 0f children = 3

Buggy Quotient = (10/(4.3x3))=0.775 buggies per child per year.
10 divided by (4.3x3)
Acceptable yes????

2.409 (3 children over 8.3 years)

However, if I was just doing DS3 it would be 14.482, and rising blush

Tiggywunkle Sun 14-Aug-11 22:58:54

Lol I have more than ten in the house at present and two more arriving this fact I can't work out how many I do have...hmm...that's bad!

suzie38 Sun 14-Aug-11 23:00:44

Tiggywunkle Sun 14-Aug-11 23:00:44

FromGirders Sun 14-Aug-11 23:02:04

Only on my second pram, and I'm a CM. (I've only counted the children who've actually used the pram though).

LawrieMarlow Sun 14-Aug-11 23:05:24

Have had 5 buggies for two children, over 5.4 years. And two of those were mistakes.

LawrieMarlow Sun 14-Aug-11 23:05:52

The buggies being mistakes rather than the children grin

aswellasyou Sun 14-Aug-11 23:09:11

nomorelego Sun 14-Aug-11 23:25:22

Oh my goodness <faints>

I've had a pram, a small folding buggy (both new) and a double buggy (second hand). I don't even know what they were called.

That's 3/(5x2)=0.3

Tiggywunkle Sun 14-Aug-11 23:49:12

Mine is only 4.3 grin I bought the right pushchair for No's when I got into the realms of doubles that it got interesting smile

michaelbooblie Sun 14-Aug-11 23:55:54

HookADuck Mon 15-Aug-11 08:15:55

Why? Seriously why would you need or even want them?

moomin156 Mon 15-Aug-11 08:24:25

OMG i am shocked at the number of prams/buggies people have had. I am on DD1 and she is 21 weeks old. Is this going to happen to me, buying the first pram/pushcahir was worse than choosing a new car.
Why do you people keep changing them??? and why were some mistakes??

thestringcheeseincident Mon 15-Aug-11 08:27:13

What a waste of money. I can't believe it.
