Does anyone know anything about the BJC Micro?

As far as I can tell, the differences between that and the Mini are:

it is a bit heavier
wheels are smaller
hood is smaller
doesn't recline flat

Apart from this, is it much the same as the Mini. I'm going mad trying to find a suitable toddler buggy that doesn't cost the earth! There isn't too much info available for the Micro.

I think you've summed it up as far as I know. It's £75 here in green if you get to it quickly.Smile

Thank you, aswellasyou
£75 is a bargain, but not sure I could live with lime green ;)

I think we might go for the Micro though, as it suits our needs and can't justify the Mini as DD is nearing 17 months!

It was worth telling you at that price! I'm not sure about the colour either.

There are some fab deals on at present :) I think the Micro is a great choice once your LO s past the long nap stage ie there is a recline but it's not flat. You summed the differences up nicely. There is a good You Tube video somewhere showing the Mini and Micro side by side. Whether you need a good recline or not for me decides which one to buy.

I've just been out and saw a Micro so I had a good look to see what looked different. The straps aren't adjustable to different shoulder heights on the Micro, but are on the Mini. It may be that I don't remember, but I feel like the seat looked a little bit narrower.

the micro seat is slightly taller than the mini, if that makes a difference, but both generous.

we have the micro and love it

minty, seen as tiggy and frigg think you should get a Mini, I've been on a mission to find you a good deal you might be able to justify. Here it is:
-Choose one of the jogger city mini&t1sort=PPRICE#container Minis at Boots that have triple points for £249.99.
-Use code PYPLNL70 to get 10% off, making it £202.49
-You get 4032 points if you're in the Parenting Club, so equivalent to £40.32.
-Go through Quidco to get 6% cashback if you've never bought from Boots.com before, 2.5% if you have. That's £12.15/£5.06 back.

All in all, assuming you shop at Boots and will use the advantage points to buy things you normally do, it will cost you £150.02 or £157.11. That's cheap!Grin

Of course, you could do the same and get a Micro for £85.91 or £89.98.

I've had the mini and have the micro now.

I got the mini when ds was about 2 and loved it. We used it for just over a year until he got too tall for that and we swapped to the micro as it does have a slighlty taller backrest.

I love them both but did prefer the mini that bit more for the hood, flat recline, and it was just a bit easier to push.

What are you going for?
