Help plz with quinny buzz 3

Hi I've got a quinny buzz 3 and removed seat cover today (stupid me!) and I'm struggling to get it back on!! Does anyone have any tips for which bit to slide into place first?? If I slide the sides in the I can't get the top bit in and it's now ripped part of the sliding bit material! Stupid design what's wrong with poppers!!

have a look on youtube,you should find a video on there,i had the older version with the zip on seat unit,dont know why they didnt make the new one with zips too!
