I like the urban detour which although is not that light to lift is really light to push plus you can get some real bargains on ebay. Or the in and out double, its not as wide as the UD (so fit through a single door) but the seats a re smaller.
I would stay away from the phil and teds and def go for a side by side style.

I got a 360 Nipper on ebay and love it.
Really light and manouverable and am yet to find a doorway which it doesn't fit through.

Much prefer it to the Bugaboo Frog and Maclaren XT I used with DC1.

I'm so impressed with the Phil&Teds Sport; and since I've had it I see they've just come out with a new model based on the Sport, but which fixes some of the problems there were.

I would definitely get one of those if I was in your shoes; but I'll admit it is not lightweight. However, you need it to be robust if you're wrangling two kids, and the P&T is certainly that.

Nipper 360 is one of the lightest available and have'nt found a door it would'nt fit through.

Mountain buggy Urban Duo is fab and only 74cm wide BUT it is pretty big so you would need a smaller car pushchair or a big boot. You can also buy a carrycot for baby on one side.
