Sorry no idea but marking my place as I've got a couple of large travel systems to sell and would be interested in the answer to your question.
Good luck hope someone can answer.

I have sold a couple, if you don't have the original box then you have to be a bit inventive! I sent a phil & Teds in bubble wrap and a huge plastic bag that a matress came in and i sent a twin techno back the way it came (long ebay mistake story) which was wrapped in bin liners and parcel tape.
Parcel monkey are a good cheaper end courier and items under 20kg can go Royal mail (see their website for prices) parcel force either pick it up or you can send 1st class or standard parcels if you take it in.

senditnow.co.uk do parcelforce cheaper - nextday is 13 quid and2-3 is about 9 quid. myhermes.co.uk is cheap (about 6 quid) but takes about 5 days to get there

as for packing find another box rip it up and put it around the pushchair iyswim and a layer of buble wrap and thick black bags and parcel tape making sure all poity/delicate bits are covered in bubble wrap and put footmuffs etc... in a seprate bag and put inside one of the layers if that all makes sence!
