Its a condender for me for my 2.5 and baby on the way.

Ive read the front seat is small.
Also does any of the wheels pop off to make it smaller for the boot?

Whats general review?

Thanks in advance Smile

hi, i looked at one in the shop when i was looking at doubles and ds didn't fit in the front seat. he would have been just under 2 and half. his knees were squashed under the bumper bar and the hood touched his head although he is really tall so might do a 'normal' sized child!! Wink i didn't think the recline was good either as the seat back was so short i wasn't sure were his head would go when he fell asleep. but it was fine to push with him in the front seat and felt sturdy enough and i think the wheels do come off easily.

:)

I had one and loved it because baby in back is not low slung and can see the world when old enough to sit. it was a doddle to push and steer - even with two toddlers in , and I used it every day almost from DS2 being born. (DS1 was only 17mths at time).

found the recline on the front fine. rear recline is not totally flat but almost. DS2 never had a problem sleeping in it.

It is an awkward shape and fills a boot. I never took the front wheel off - did not know I could have done so! The footstep on the front is not especially wide and though it never was a problem with my boys, one time when a friends child sat in she did keep letting her feet flop off the step and they did catch in the front wheel when it was on swivel. I do not know how the step compares with other tandems, so you may want to bear that in mid when you are comparing them.

how old will your DC1 be when baby is born?
