Lightweight buggy needed, from birth (ish)

Hi i want to get a lightweight pushchair for walking dd1 to school, we live up a pretty steep hill and the roads are busy so need to be able to hang on to her and push dd2 at the same time! dd2 is nearly 4 months now so could wait til she's 6 months... help!?! :)
