Pushchair to fit in a lift

Much as my brother ridicules MN he needs some advice!

He lives in central London with a small lift so needs a pushchair when his child arrives in November that will fit in it.

The measurements are 75cm by 62.5cm.

He was going to get a jane with a matrix car seat, but I put him off since after using one for DS1 I found out how unsafe they are in the flat position.

Feedback gretafully received!

Maxi-Cosi Mila is tiny and it you can get adaptors so you can add a car seat to it, or the Quinny Zapp is really small and folds up, its the smallest buggy in the world when it is folded!

I have a Quinny Zapp and found it great with the maxi cosi car seat. Might have to lend it to them.

Have to watch out what I say, he's been lurking!

The mila looked a bit like a maclaren.

Any views on the jane matrix?

A zapp wouldn't work really as you are not suppost to use carseats on the buggys for long periods of time, he needs a lie flat stroller really. No careseat needed, apart from in the car of course!

Is that just the no longer than 2 hrs in a car seat thing he's worried about?

I've just checked out the new Zapp Xtra, looks good option to me. Any views?

I always think when they're really tiny the standard strollers seem to flat at the sides.

TBH they hardly ever use the car and I think my SIL is leaning more towards a sling, so I've of course put them of the baby bjorn already...
