Ladies....in your infinite wisdom please say yes.

Current wishlist is

  • lightweight
  • rear facing
  • lies flat

The only one I can find is Bugaboo Bee but would rather not spend that much...

Yup. It's the bee. Where about are you? I will be selling mine soon. It's blue and I have the cocoon that goes with it, rain cover, foot muff and clips to attach maxi cosi car seat onto it.

South Manchester. Do you mind me asking if its Bee or Bee+?

It's just my DD is very long already and she's only 6 months old. Have read bits and pieces online about the old Bee not being great for tall children.... (part of the reason I've not tried one off ebay already)

Also how much would you want for it?

thanks

icandy cherry (if you don't need it to fold in one piece). Or what about the new zapp?

hmmm hadn't thought about icandy. Do you know if the seat unit lies flat? DD won't sleep in 'bucket' style seats... (hence new Zapp won't work - have a Quinny which is great for everything but naps)

Ah right it's the original bee. Shame as I'm in Leeds and often go over to Manchester as my sister lives in levenshulme.

thanks LadyintheRadiator but it's still a fair bit more than I was hoping to spend.

(It's a 3rd pushchair to keep at my mums for the one day a week she looks after DD and for me to pinch and take on hols)

M&P Sola or Urbo? Both nice prams and lightweight.

However not as light as the Bee+.

icandy lies pretty flat imo but I guess it is a bucket seat.

For a one day a week/holiday buggy I'd be tempted to ditch the rear facing idea and get a lightweight umbrella fold, tbh.

Have you heard of the Maxi-Cosi Mila? This is lighweight 7.5kgs. When it's folded it stands up right and has a carry handle. The seat isn't bucket it's fully flat. It also will take a car seat as well so can use as a travel system. Only thing is it's not rear-ward facing unless you've got the car seat in it.
