I looked at the B smart earlier this year for a friend. We found it easy to push even with a 2 year old in it, lightweight, generous basket, well made, huge seat. also pretty reasonably priced.
She ended up going for the bee plus in the end though as she uses the bus a lot and wanted it to fold rear facing without having to take the seat off, which the britax didnt do.
I would also speak out for britax car seats, mine have stood up to 3 years of daily use and still come up like new after a wash. Even more important, the polystyrene impact absorbers at the back are still firmly in situ and not degenerating, which is very common in cheaper car seats. TBH Britax does what it says on the tin, and their customer service was helpful and efficient when I lost the shoulder straps for one of the seats they posted a new set out that arrived 2 days later..........
