Urgently need a reputable buider in South London. Help please

We are in the middle of a kitchen extension project and had a very bad experience with our builders. They could not delivery on what they had promised, so we had to stop them. And we also ended up overpaying them for what they did. So now have an unfinshed kitchen structure and not much money left. A nightmare scenario!
Now ugently looking for new reliable and not very expensive builders (if they exist) to finish our kitchen.
Does anyone know of such builders? Please help

I have a friend who is a builder, and who has just done some work for us on our bathroom/kitchen.

I don't think he's cheap, but he's certainly reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Went to seek a legal advice today about our current builder. Does not sound very promising when it comes to litigations and trying to recover the cost.

Hi Natalie,

My Dp runs his own building company. He's got more work than he's got men to carry it out at the moment so I can't recommend him for the actual building work but if you'd like him to give you a check quote that you can then compare other quotes to I'm sure he'd be happy to pop over.

He also carries out consultation work as a project manager and quality control in conflict resolution cases so if you need someone for that, then again, he could be helpful to you.
