Leeds people, anyone know about the "birds" estate Morley Leeds?

I already live in leeds and have my children in school so I have no worries on moving somewhere for a school, but does anyone know anything good or bad about the Bird estate in Morley?

The houses are newish build which is a plus for me. I currently live in a place where everyone seems to know everyone else business so like the idea of being somewhere different.

I want to move somewhere where I won't know who people are talking about when they repeat playground gossip

When I was a child I went to a religious school so had school friends and friends at home in the street where I lived so I am thinking this won't be an issue for my two girls if I move them away, no?
