and all he ever does is put bifold doors in every property!

Bloody hell, I'd be having kittens at that budget. The presenter just likes knocking things down. They should have been advised to move to somewhere bigger, the scene where he was moaning about the lack of space in the husbands wardrobe was hillarious! They don't need a swanky new bedroom, just have a sort out and take some things to the charity shop.

Wish I could find an extra £77k...actually I would settle for an extra 77p!!

Should be good when it's done though. I think he must own a bifold door company!!

He goes back to the owners every week for more money, not just little amounts but tens of thousands. He didn't finish the house last week despite asking for an extra huge wad of cash, he ran out of money! He put another staircase in but didn't take the slope of the roof into account to had to change it, costing them time and money. I'd be pissed off at this, the houseowner was.

Oooohhhh Old Wanker George who never fails to give himself a good old pat on the back.

Was mystified last week when due to his being a cock and not realising that he couldn't fit the stairs in their original position he brought the project to a standstill and then they ended up having no en-suite???

Hate his fecking Neru (sp?) collared shirts and his blubbing at the drop of a hat!

But like you I watch every week, laughing that if we contacted him he would be stumped with our house - listings people would eat him for breakfast!

Mind you glad they got rid of that Irish bird who was on last time - that bit was super boring and she delivered her lines whilst always looking slightly to the right of the camera which was really infuriating!

i know, so i can understand (after i have picked myself up the floor) that someone might remortgage or have inherited or saved for erm 100 years) but do these people not have budgets??

its actually just like grand designs.. yah our budget was 205k but we went over by 200...

i looked at their advert. you have to have a min of 40k but it doesnt say "and another little pot somewhere else"... i should report them to the adverstising standards association or something...
he is a tosser isnt he. i reckon the people doing all the graft get well annoyed with him turning up with his white spray can and putting holes in walls...

They couldn't afford to buy the en-suite, the cock up cost them time and they had to pay the builders, must have been a pay per day job, crap project management if you ask me. They should have done plans before so they should have known it wasn't going to fit. Arseholes! (not you lot)

I wouldn't let that sledgerhammer happy bloke near my bank balance!

the other thing i thought was, as she cleared out the crap and headed to the charity shop, whether she might have been better off doing a massive declutter and saved herself £100k £200k
