Should I accept this offer??

Am selling a house I have been renting out for the past year - we moved 450 miles away for work reasons and so will not be going back. House was put on market 3 weeks ago but because of tenant we had no viewings till last Saturday. Have now had an offer of £370,000 from ppl who have sold their house to first time buyer (surveys done and mortgage approved). House is on market for £385,000. Would anyone on here accept this offer given that viewings have only been done since Sat???

I'd jump at it too. For a quick sale I'd probably have taken even less!
