HELP ME IM ABOUT TO EXPLODE

I have just painted my living room in mouses back (well a similar rip off colour match !!) and I cannot even start to think of what colour my blinds should be. I am a little colour blind and also I am on my fourth pair of curtains in the hall so I think my husband might go a bit mental if I start that again. Can anyone tell me what they did after painting their walls a similar mud colour- or any basic rules of colour matching regarding fabrics would really really help.

I know that this is really quite a trivial problem in the scheme of things but if I dont decide soon I might get arrested for exposing myself in the mornings as I jump off the sofa (where we are sleeping as the bedroom ceiling is being done) to encourage my children to stay in bed past about 4.30 !

Go neutral or natural on the blinds, so they'll suit whatever colour you paint the walls, especially as they can be expensive and fiddly to fit.
