House is modern but in traditional Victorian style, tile hung/red brick. Current windows stained wood double glazed leaded .

dh has arranged for a local firm to come round this evening to give us quotes on replacing windows (14 ish plus french doors and glazed rear door), dormers/velux in attic and possible conservatory. Anyone fancy coming up with a few suggestions or even guess the estimate ?!

maybe ! He'll come back with figures.

One Q - if you add a conservatory onto an existing kitchen/breakfast room do you have to have separating doors to meet Buildings Regs, and must there be exit doors to the outside ?
