Do you think any of these asking prices seem particularly low or high, relative to each other?

The last one seems the best value to me. I like the most expensive one best.

The more expensive one has much nicer balcony views and a much better layout so definitely worth a fair bit more.

Middle one is my favourite. Done like the last one at all.

The last one seems best value: for price per M2 it's the lowest, plus being top floor and a share of freehold (provided its the one with a professional management company set up).

The first one looks nicer but I don't find it amazing so you will probably spend some money to upgrade the interiors anyway. The best thing about it is the layout - in the future if you are in a pinch I think the reception room can be easily split out to make a third bed room or study room.

I agree with this.

It's only a couple of hundred square feet smaller than the one which us £100k more, plus you can still see the sea from there, sand as from the first.

I'm not keen on the second one.

1st one is overpriced imo even taking sq ft into account

2nd isn’t in the eaves which means it’s worth a bit more I don’t think it’s massively overpriced and I think 3rd is prob best value

Sorry, I was only agreeing with this sentence:

The last one seems the best value to me.

While the first one is nice, I wouldn't pay £100k over the third one for that level of nice, if you see what I mean.

As an aside, I had NO idea that Hove was so expensive. I thought Brighton proper was where people had been outpriced.

I'm really tired, but eith a quick look I think the first one looks bigger, brighter & nicer.

I'd want to know more about the lease situation with them all though

The second two to have much the same footprint?

I like the dual east/west balconies on the first one too.

Are you selling one of them or contemplating buying one?
