Kidbrooke new developments?

I was wondering what thoughts might some of you have of that whole project and thousands of flats built in Kidbrooke? Is it worth it in your opinion? We eventually considered to buy a flat there, maybe even by taking advantage of Help to Buy, but in the end changed out minds by fears not being able to sell the flat after 5 years time.

I see these flats lingering on the market with the hope to be sold and the prices varies by as much as 100k for pretty much similar 3 bedroom flats. With no success. Obviously most of the buyers there are FTB and once they are ready to move on, I wonder who is going to buy all those then second hand flats for a full price? And first phase buildings already look a bit dated...
