What order for cooker, sink & dishwasher?

I'm thinking of having some work done to my small kitchen, which will involve knocking down a couple of structural walls (with RSJs to take the load!). Waiting for input from Structural Engineer, Builder, Building Control and Gas Safe Engineer.
In the mean time I'm thinking about an L shape layout, the the smaller leg facing an external wall with window. Due to space etc. I have to place a sink with single drainer, a gas cooker (hob & oven) and dishwasher. At the end of the leg there will be a set of doors into garden. Which order do you think will work best?

sink under window, dishwasher close to sink, cooker near to garden door (in case of fire - either you or the pan get out of the house quick)

Dishwasher under draining board, then sink, then corner, then a couple of clear units then cooker with a bit of worktop to the far side of it.
Food cupboards and fridge the other side of the room? that would work for ergonomics, I don't know about fire safety but you would not want a draft near the gas cooker.

You would normally have the oven, sink and fridge in a triangle to minimise walking. The dishwasher works best close to the sink.
