I'm in the process of buying my house and my buyer is being held up by getting herself removed from the mortgage deed on the property she currently lives at with her dh. She signed whatever she needs to sign and took them directly to the solicitor.
What's the next step? Does the solicitor now send to land registry? How long is it likely to take to get fully removed?
