Not sure what it is, double height extends beyond boundary on access path. Primary construction wood with a random ensemble of materials.
All the neighbours complain. Is there anyone likely to be interested in ending our misery and making them at least keep it confined within their foot print and ensuring that it is in keeping with local regulations. My sense is that councils are too busy, limited resources aka not interested. If that’s not the case what department should it be reported to? and is the council likely to take some form of proper action?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
