Help: Private water supply changing the filter

My sister has just moved into a place which has a private water supply (a well with a water pump).
She knows she has to change the UV bulb and the filter every few months to ensure the water is clean and safe, but she can't work out how to do it - or who to call to try and get it replaced.
She has a new filter, left behind by the seller, but no other info.

I thought I would ask on here as it's such a font of knowledge I thought someone might know!

The first image is the casing for the filter and the second is the actual filter. My sister and her DH have been trying to get the casing open, and they can't, they don't want to break it as then they won't have any water!

The second image is the new filters that need to go into the casing. It looks so simple, but they can't work it out.

Do they have any hear neighbours who also have a private water supply who could show them what to do? What about the packaging on the filter - there's probably a video on YouTube showing you what to do if you put the name or serial number in.

DH has looked at photos. He thinks it will be a case of unscrewing the blue plastic container from the black plastic lid. Your sister might need a "key " for this. It might be with the pump? Stilsens pipewrench or filter strapwrench would also work. (Turn anticlockwise). DH said to make sure the pump is isolated (turned off) before unscrewing.
(We have a well with filters and UV light but it looks slightly different to this. DH is Mechanical Engineer)

I haven't had that sort, but you might find a huge flat spanner something like this on a handy hook

(this one is not for a filter)

if you approach a company like this one, and say you need a spare filter, and can they tell you how to fit it, there's a good chance they'll have the instructions.

There will also be a plumbing requisites shop local to you.

We have a system like this (private well). As pp said, there should be a big plastic or metal spanner to unscrew the blue tube on the filter. Make sure everything is switched off first.
