Hello, we've just had a HUGE deluge of rain. I went upstairs to find rain coming through the seal at the top of the window. Outside there is a fascia board protruding approx 12 inches outward from the house. So I think the only way the rain can be coming in is through the roof right? And the crap seal on our window is causing a weak link. But even if the seal wasn't rubbish there would be rain pooling in the loft.
We recently had the fascias and soffits cladded so i don't know if this is a roofing issue or a window issue...or who to call! Any ideas?
