Wanting advice please.
My current provider is SKY and am tied in for another 7 months or so. Have discovered that the area I'm moving to is (oversubscribed?) So they won't be able to offer the same package ( fibre).. Just wanted to find out my rights before I contact them and try and negotiate not paying a ( early release fee?) NB there's a probably likelihood that I can get Virgin, so once I find out about SKY I can look into other deals

i think either porting the service and proof you are moving out.

Sky let me cancel for free as not allowed at new house (as grade II listed).

Did you read my post - my contract is for fibre but there's no option at my new home due to Sky being at its capacity

Well if that's the case then sky is breaking the contract not you so you shdnt have to pay any release fee.
