Flies

We moved house last year and I have noticed that we have so many flies constantly on the windows outside, inside the window frames when you open them and they squeeze through the window vents if you leave them open.

I hate it, in my last house we used to get loads of ants and now we have the flies. We do love next to an open field so I am guessing this is why but I never considered this before buying.

As they are outside the house is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

I saw a post on here recently about putting some water and a penny in a sandwich bag and hanging it near a window to keep flies away. It apparently works really well. Doesn’t look attractive though.

You could plant some of these to repel them.
