Mines come back with a couple of ( grade 2's). I've sent it on to my solicitor but he says only one part involves him and any other issues need to be taken up with my own conveyancer/ legal advisor??!! Where do I go next please?

Huh? Isn't your solicitor and your conveyancer the same company/person?!y hbr had loads of 3s, let alone 2s! There's usually a section titled "for your legal adviser" and that's all they need. The rest is for you to read and digest / adjust your offer if truly terrible. But with no 3s I'd say you're fine.

Update - I rang the company who did my report and the surveyor rang me back to go through it with me. Phew!

That's great news Grin just the rest of the tortuous process to get through now!

I'm only buying thankfully, as exh and I sold our place a while back. My offer was accepted a month ago and everything is done now except a response from my vendor's solicitors about enquiries raised, and the contract to be amended with my full name so I can sign it. Everything went really quickly and now it's ground to a halt a bit, which is frustrating. But I know it's been fast so far.

What about you?
