Easiest thing to do is ring round and get quotes. You should be able to get quotes if you have an idea on the price region and no. bedrooms.

For us it s around £1200 legal fees, £400 survey, fee free mortgage advisor and chose one with no set up fee. One bedroom flat in Herts.
