Super matt white laminate worktop

Please help. I have been waiting ages to change my kitchen and have always dreamed of dark grey matt units with a super matt white laminate worktop but.... some people say that a white matt worktop is a nightmare as it shows up scratches and stains easily... Some people say bleach gets rid of stains and to go for it... i am also considering white gloss but finding this surprisingly really hard to find! I need to decide soon as building works starts soon but i am at a loss - no idea what to do. Any advice would be hugely appreciated and photos?? Many thanks in advance...

I used to have white laminate, cif got any marks off it wasn't a problem, and I'm a messy cook However it was higher maintenance than a dark one.

It didn't put me off I've now got white corian!
