Ours went on Rightmove today. Just praying that it sells in these weird times!

Our estate agents are about to take photographs to go up in a few days! We were selling anyway but hopefully this will help us out. The two local similar properties sold within days last month so I'm quite hopeful .

(@Miathewain1 I think you've got the wrong thread... x)

We're trying to move too, our house should be on Rightmove this week. I'm part excited part dreading the hassle and stress!

Sure it'll be fine, market seems quite buoyant and things are moving quickly. I sold my flat a few weeks ago and it went for over value after three days. DP put his flat on the market on Friday afternoon and it sold yesterday, again for over value. Both were in sought after areas but been keeping an eye on other areas as part of our house hunt and loads are going under offer relatively quickly. We had an offer accepted on a property within two days of it going to market. Everyone seems to be moving very swiftly. Just so relieved we don't need to live as tidy as we have been - not sure I could have handled viewers and constant cleaning much longer.

Yes, we went in the market last week and between last Saturday and this Saturday we have 40 odd viewings booked. It's very intense! I've done more cleaning than I thought was possible. 3 offers so far, when we're through with this round of viewings we'll sell to the highest bidder however much that is because we've already had our offer accepted on the new place. So it won't be long, which I'm very grateful for, because I'm finding it hard to sleep, relax, or think about anything else!

Wow @AltheaVestr1t that's fantastic! Things are certainly moving quickly, two houses we wanted to see have already accepted offers and the ones we are still viewing are having back to back viewings. Our house went on the market today so fingers crossed we get some people through the door but not looking forward to the cleaning!

Can I ask @AltheaVestr1t or @pepperwand where you are roughly?
Outer London/Herts was boiling over but now seems to be calming down again.

We've accepted an offer! In a week exactly. We are in the North West so much quieter than some of you ladies are describing but we are so pleased. It was the lowest we would accept but no chain, so we're just glad to be done!

@iamloading that's brilliant news, congratulations! It must be a relief that it went under offer so quickly.

I was woken up early this morning by a loud banging noise.....it was the for sale sign being hammered in to our front lawn Grin. Feels real now!

Good luck @AltheaVestr1t!

We've had one viewing on ours so far, have another one today and then another on Thursday so keeping fingers crossed that they go well.

We went live 2 weeks ago and I think (hope) for a reasonable price but only 3 viewings so far.... pretty gutted really as it’s well presented in my opinion too. Especially when I hear all these houses flying off as sold.

I went live on Saturday with my three bed semi in the East Midlands. Never sold a house before - absolutely bricking it. Had 4 viewings so far - 2 were very promising and 2 not so much but all viewers have been lovely. The two today went very well and I'm just waiting to hear feedback. Ahhhhhh the nerves.

Just about to take the plunge. Chickened out a month ago, selling family home, only in it 4 years.

My husband passed suddenly nearly 3 tears ago so want to move.

Need to free up some money. Mixed feelings really...
