Nice bathroom but it's strange that it has carpet in too, and big mirrors ha! I'm clearly not used to seeing luxury 😂

It's all a bit tired isn't it? Could be lovely if you spent a lot of money on it.

Flipping heck, the price. I’m on my way - you;d barely get a one bedroom flat round here and DH does love a luxurious bath.

I've no idea what Douglas is like - but yes, the price!

It looked a bit like an institution except that bathroom which could have come from some 1970s "luxury" hotel.

Is Douglas on the Isle of Man?

Is property always so cheap there?

It’s a good price for such a big house

The bathroom is a bit strange but huge and could do a lot with it

They should have spent a bit less on the bathrooms and a bit more on the upkeep of the exterior. Looks very shabby at the back.

When I retire (not for another 25 years sadly), I’m going to buy a house on the Isle of Man, I grew up there and go twice a year on hols. These townhouses are cheap - they used to be a guesthouses when there was more tourism, there are quite a few, but most need a refurb and there are no gardens. Property prices used to be the same as the south of England, but over the last 10-15 years the gap has widened considerably - I’d buy a house with more land, and near a beach (which is easy to do on the Island). It is a beautiful place Smile
