Stopping the end of cycle alert Miele tumble dryer

Hi,
I am very happy to own my own tumble dryer at last #excitinglifegoals
Less happy that I cannot stop it trying to alert me that it has finished its cycle. And alert me again. And again.
The Miele washing machine I bought at the same time had an option to silence it (I turned the dial to "other Programmes" and it offered a settings option. The wretched tumble dryer does not. When I search online all I can find are comments about its practically silent operation. All very well but no good to run at night because of the infuriating chirping when it ends.
All suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.

Mine has a BUZZER button to turn the noise off.

Oh I LOVE that beep even though I hear it in my fucking sleep because I am forced to get the clothes out straight away and fold them. No more ironing!

I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong? I am following the directions exactly as written in the manual. Open door, knob on setting, hold down star/stop, close door until it flashes, but then nothing happens. Whether I keep holding down or whether I let go. No program option appears. Advice? The buzzer is going to be my end!

Miele's Instruction Manual fails to tell you that in order to enter the programming cycle, the 2 arrows < and > must be showing on the screen either side the small square with clock hands in it.
If not, touch that symbol.Then the Instructions in the Manual work. Scroll to P19. Select with START/STOP. 01 will show. It's the factory default i.e. Buzzer ON.Press < to change to 00 = Buzzer OFF.
Confirm by pressing START/STOP again.

I am here to thank durtro060 for the VITAL DETAIL missing from the Miele programmable functions! I have been struggling with the incessant beeping, as well, and could not get the programming changed. Thank you!!!!

I am still not getting to the Programming options. When I open the door to the dryer the start/stop light turns off. How are folks getting this to work? The end of cycle buzzer is driving me crazy!!!

Here's what I wrote in my instruction manual after the help from this group:
To enter programming the symbols < > must be showing on either side of the square clock symbol. Touch the clock symbol until < > shows up. THEN follow instructions listed as follows:
Buzzer. Scroll to P19
Select Start/Stop
01 shows up. Change to 00. Confirm by pressing start/stop

I have Miele T1 heat pump tumble drier. The buzzer does my head in so I followed instructions to get into programme mode. There are modes 1.2.4.5.6.7.8.11.12.13.14.19,20 and 23 according to the manual on P64. But for me there is one missing when I scroll through. Which one? P19 of course, the one to turn the buzzer off. Any ideas anyone?

Hi. Hoping I’m not too late to get peoples attention on the old thread - I have same problem MWB21 reported. Infuriatingly I once changed settings before but missed the buzzer one… and now I can’t get it back, I’m following the clarified instructions above but when I open the door even if I make the < > arrows come up the green Start sensor is unavailable to hold down to get me into the programming … anyone else had this problem?

Ignore me! I persevered a couple more minutes and contrary to the instructions above mine would only work if the < > arrows were not present. You have to press the Start button when it’s unlit with door open. And the part of the instruction that wasn’t clear in mine was that you had a very quick window of opportunity to release the button when it went solid green. Fingers crossed it’s quiet at 2am when it finishes it’s cheap electricity run!
