Please recommend a very high extraction rate extractor for kitchen

Thank you. Just and looks good. Another extractor I am seeing online is wolf-subzero. They seems to be more popular in US though.
My budget is upto 3K ( kitchen cabinets are 4K) so you can imagine how important extractor is!
I don't mind how it looks, I need something big and reliable. Any more recommendation please.

For that budget I would look at your whole house ventilation and a near silent/remote motor extractor, not a big noisy tin box. Why are you so set on it?

I do lot of cooking but I hate if food smell spreads in the house. We are going to knock off the wall between kitchen,dining and study to make an open plan room and cooking smell is my big concern.
I am also looking at extractors with remote motor.

We've got a Falcon super flat hood, I've just looked at it online and it says extraction rate of 740m3/hr whatever that means.

Gets rid of the smells. Think ours was around £590 so not too expensive either.

Thanks TomHardysNextWife. Currently I have 500m3/h extractor and that isn't enough in separate kitchen. May be because it is old.

From your post I realized, I made a mistake in specifying unit. Looking for 1600m3/h or more.

I'm assuming you are ducting outside and not using a charcoal/carbon filter on it? We've never had kitchen smells even with our old Britannia hood and it's a fairly big room with no doorway into the hallway.

I'd try commercial ones if you're looking at that rate of extraction.

Yes ducting outside with less than a meter duct pipe. In new plan I am putting hob on external wall so even smaller length duct.

Where do I look for commercial ones?

I have a Westin. It was here when we moved in, so I can’t offer helpful advice, but it’s brilliant. You can actually SEE the steam and smells being sucked out.
