What certificates do we need for new kitchen?

I've read loads of threads about people selling and having missing certificates for work done in the house. I'm getting a new kitchen put in. What certificates will be needed when we come to sell? Just need to know what to ask my builder for.

We are having some plug sockets moved and changed, also the gas hob taken out and the gas capped off.

Building regulations completion certificate.
Also a minor works certificate would be nice but not essential for the electrical work.
No certificate needed for the hob.
