Wren?

Hello!

I loved their range and I love their simple pricing, but whenever I mention we might go to Wren, people recoil in horror. Please tell me there's some positive stories out there. They seem to be doing so well. I'll attach the style I like (in matt, though) incase you've seen any similar styles anywhere else (totally uninspired by Ikea).

Thanks

Wren?

Friend has a fairly new Wren kitchen. Expensive. Some snags, which haven't been fixed but that might be because friend didn't chase them enough. Cooker didn't work properly. It looks quite nice.

Please please don't go for wren. My partner does kitchen fits for them and they are terrible. He has been going to people who have had half a kitchen for a year as wren won't send the right units out, they are regularly taken to court, the quality is terrible and they don't care once they have the money. Customers regularly cry on him as it's taken so long to sort. They are completely inadequate - Please don't touch them!!!!!

If you do - make sure you pay on credit card as you are at least insured.

I got a Wren kitchen two years ago. No problems at all. All there and is great. Not expensive at all.

We had one from them, not fitted by them and got our own appliances. No probs at all. We need a kitchen in our new house and I admit that the bad press puts me off using them again even though they were fine!

Wren was bottom of the last Which report on kitchens. Top 4 were DIY Kitchens, IKEA, John Lewis, Howdens.

They are based close to where I work and virtually everyone I interview has worked there on customer service and none of them last any length of time and tell horror stories about customer complaints. Avoid!

A five year running thread on how awful they are will tell you everything you need to know. Avoid them like the plague.

Do not look at Trustpilot either, Wren actively manage it to ensure their rating on there stays ok.
