Which kitchen layout?

Planning a small extension to square off the back of the house. Can't decide on which layout to go for....the dining area is the new extension bit. There will be a big door way with only a bit of wall on either side between the current rear room and new dining area, don't know how to erase bits of wall in this sketcher thingy.
The current door out of the kitchen is the one shown on option 2, so the other options show either blocking up the door or moving the door.
Mainly looking at the positioning of the hob and sink, which option do you think is best? Or suggestions on a better layout? Open to not having breakfast bar type thing too.

Option 1 - planner.roomsketcher.com/#/?pid=4268794
Option 2 - planner.roomsketcher.com/#/?pid=4268786
Option 3 - planner.roomsketcher.com/#/?pid=4268808
Option 4 - planner.roomsketcher.com/#/?pid=4268814

TIA!

The 5th option would be to be put the hob against the extenal wall, but I don't know if I'd like that, having to turn back to see the dining area.

Can you explain the doors at the bottom are they ground doors? Is the other room the living room?

Will you need any external doors in the kitchen part?

Can you use the dining room double doors to get outside instead and then you can have and L shape option 1 going round the furthest wall underneath a window. [instead of a door]

I'd also not put in the units on the left hand side as you are facing the back so that your kitchen doesn't look so much like a corridor and is more spacious.

GreenTulips The door at the bottom of the kitchen leads to the hall and the other room is the current rear dining room, but planning to have that as the living space once the extension houses the dining table.

rizlett Ideally I'd like to have a door to the side of the house too, as it would be useful as we have a garage to the side of the house and also there is a patio area to the side.
I think the units on the left hand side in option 1 would be just the hob and a fridge most likely, and in the all the options I was thinking of putting the utility stuff like washing machine, tall cabinet for cleaning stuff, iron etc in the "corridor" bit.
