Garden room/office

Anyone have one and a proper one with sink, toilet and heating etc? Would be my new office! Any ideas of the cost? Pics would be greatly appreciated too.

Here’s a discussion thread from 2010 so take into account increase in costs/inflation since then but it’ll give you some idea. As a rough guide; factor in about 3.5%-4.00% rise in cost every year and repeat over 7 years so about 30% more now compared to then but it’s just a rough guide but most of them I think have done without wc/sink.
