Builder recommendation in Abbey wood/SE London please

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has a good builder and/or carpenter to recommend in Abbey Wood and surrounding areas? Lewisham, Thamesmead, Woolwich might all be close enough to do the work. I have had 3 builders over to look at a property and 2 weeks later not a single quote!
