Boring topic I know, but our gatage needs a major clear out amd I wamt to make the space work for us instead of being a dumping ground. I need it to store a tumble drier, freezer and bikes as well as having a work benh and storage tubs for other things e.g. christmas decorations, garden toys.
I have search pinterest but can't find anything that combine laundry room, storage and work bench. I suspect I will struggle to fit it all in, but wanted to see if anyone had any bright ideas.

I took some photos to show the space, but I've forgotten how to post them. It's a standard single car garage.

IKEA do a good one. The series is Algot and has lots of combinations.

I second IKEA ALGOT. if you look online you should be able to find the buying guide which shows how you could set it up in a laundry room and a garage.

Old kitchen units can work well in a garage.

We have Ikea Ivar.

It takes a massive Ikea Samla box, we put a shelf at the bottom to keep stuff off the floor (like the pic) but we also have a shelf going over a larder freezer meaning the freezer is on the floor.

It is a basic system of side frames and then shelves that you can put at any level. It is the easiest thing to put together, in fact my children helped do it. Shelves come in 2 depths and 2 widths.

This pic is from Ikea catalogue.

We have a Ikea Omar shelving system in the garage. It's a bit like a metal version of the Ivar. You can buy some basket that clip on the side or fronts that are great for holding little bits and bobs like bike pumps, and I got some Gruntal hooks (from the kitchen range to hang utensils on), which we hang on the sides for bike helmets, etc. We then used lots of the clear Samla boxes (they come in loads of sizes) to sort everything and label them with marker pen. The garden tools and bikes are stored on special hooks on the garage walls.

I need to hang 3 bikes on the wall in my garage, ordered a bike hook online and it was rubbish, any recommendations?

would ideally like to hang them vertically to fit all 3 on one wall.

In our garage we used a couple of old metal filing cupboards i was lucky to get and then bought black plastic racking from screwfix which is down one wall and filled it with large clear plastic lidded boxes all organised. Now if i need decorating stuff its all in one box and i can take the whole box in instead of running backwards and forwards to get something i forgot.
