Quartz tops sealers

Hello, my quartz tops have lost the 'grout' between the joins. Have tried to contact the company for help but no respond! I actually thought it was a type of wax used to fill and seal. Any ideas much appreciated

Hi. Mine have recently been fitted. The joins were filled with silicone, the surfaces were not sealed with anything.
