Has anyone used this free service. What's the catch, if any?

Havent looked at it in detail but i would say there is bound to be a catch somewhere. How difficult is it to let companies you deal with have your new address? Use the post office to redirect mail. Cant see why you would want to use it.

Because it's free? The idea of getting it done in one felll swoop is good. Obviously if there is a catch I will be letting everyone know individually!

I used it and it was fine. They do then spam you with switching energy companies etc but nothing too serious.

The 'catch' is on the website:

In addition, iammoving.com provides independent advice on the best deals and tariffs of every gas and electricity supplier serving your new home so that you do not end up paying more than you need to once you move in. We also cover broadband, pay TV and boiler insurance. iammoving.com is all about the customer - you come first and we hope you agree our exemplary attention to serving you exceeds your expectations! We make a small referral fee from all of our add-on services and thus why we can offer our change of address service free.
