Central London Storage needed

user1495553180 · 25/05/2017 11:33

Can anyone recommend a self storage facility in Central London where I can store all my baby clothes, equipment, furnishings etc.. it takes up so much space at home and I'm not using all of it at the moment! I ideally need a collection/delivery service and to be able to get things myself whenever I need them.
Thanks

to be honest, even if you are planning another baby, with what storage costs it will be a lot cheaper to sell it all and buy again. Especially as most baby kit is cheap as chips second hand.

More than a couple of months never makes sense.

Boxman! £5 per month per crate, they deliver and collect at short notice. Love them!!!!

Min charge £30 a month . not bad I suppose, but it will mount up rapidly.

True, I'm not one to advocate for storage as a lifestyle choice- but if it's that or move in London, it's closer run.
It was by far the cheapest way for us to temporarily declutter to sell a small flat- "deep storage " items out of cupboards and off to boxman, daily use items into the cupboards.

There's a great facility in Great Portland Street in Marylebone called The Armitage self storage vaults. They pick up your things for free within an hour of booking, they can redeliver too the same day or you can access it yourself at any time. The units are also climate controlled so you can store wine, art or anything. Its like having another room in your flat or house! Really recommend them
