How expensive would it be to move the gas, drainage and water from one side of the house to the other for the kitchen? Hadn't considered this previously but would give us more space in our future kitchen by over a m

It depends where you are for a start. Gas and water shouldn't be too hard, any plumber can move the water and a Gas Safe engineer do likewise for the gas, probably get the same person in.
Your drainage could be quite simple or far more complex, depends where your sewers/drains are - is there one near to your new kitchen's location?

Oh, and make sure there are some rodding points at the new location to deal with any blockages.

We have a kitchen and dining room across the back of the property so next to each other but would be moving everything about 6 m as both rooms now knocked into one and we would be mirroring current setup on opposite wall if that makes sense?

So you could run drains to the existing place - but would you want doorway access to the garden from the new dining area?

A gas safe engineer can't move the meter or the supply pipe to it, and an electrician can't move the meter or the supply cable to it.

Both can be moved by the owner of the network (not the same as the energy supplier who bills you). They are not noted for their cheapness.

Drains can be relaid by a builder with BC approval, it may be more complicated if they are shared. It needs a fair bit of diggjng.

I agree with you, I read it that the OP wants to change things on her side of the meters, so extending existing gas, water and electricity services within the property?
