Do you mean oven or hob?

If you mean hob I'd go for an induction one as I'm pissed off with cleaning up spillages and mess from the gas one.

Oven wise, I'd stick to electric

Either just not induction (hob)

Gas hob electric oven.

I've got an inherited gas oven and it's shit. I wouldn't have one again.

Induction top pyoclean oven everytime as life's too short to be cleaning all the time

Gas hob electric oven here too.

Always electric. Gas hobs are apt to blow out and are difficult to clean although they are much better for woks but they aren't as good as induction for everything else. Gas ovens are outdated and too difficult to get accurate temperature control on.

I FUCKING hate induction hobs.

Gas job, electric oven.

Every single time.

Wow. Should have tried to understand induction cooking before I had the GandT .... at least understood is quicker!

Induction job and pyrotechnic oven. Makes cleaning easier all round and an induction job is really quick to heat up - nothing like old ceramic or halogen ones.

Gas hob electric oven. Never had a gas hob blow.

Gas hob for me. I'm happy with an electric oven.

We have a fab induction hob now, but only because the gas doesn't run to the kitchenHmm We didn't know that before we bought.

I'd stick with my gas hob and electric oven.

I love my induction hob - just as responsive as gas but so much easier to clean. However, ideally I would like to have a single gas burner for stirfrying in a wok - I've seen combination hobs where there are three induction hobs and one gas hob.

Definitely gas hob.

Probably electric oven although I love a gas grill.

Gas hob (unless you don't really enjoy cooking) induction jobs are awful.

I'd stick with what I have - gas hob, electric oven.

Gas hob- much quicker than electric and easy to control heat, bit of a pain to clean though. Electric oven.

gas hob, electric oven and gas grill ( in an ideal world ) my electric grill takes way too long to melt the cheese on my toast Grin

Aargh - I'm trying to decide between gas and induction hob - think the ease of cleaning will win out with induction
